400 Market Street is the fourth distinct building in North Market, The Hekemian Group’s growing neighborhood district built on and around the 32-acre former Mercedes-Benz USA North American headquarters.

This 86,000 SF office and retail building will be the home of a brand new 60,000 SF surgical center for Valley Health System, built atop street-level retail consisting of new stores for national retailers Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn. These new businesses will help bring the neighborhood lifestyle experience of North Market to the next level.
