A few years ago, we took a hard look at the office buildings in northern New Jersey for our own use, and walked away shocked at the age and outdated design of the existing offerings. We thought there had to be other upscale office users with the same need as us — a cool, new corporate office home that projects your image better than your typical suburban office park.
