828 Brannan is a planned 25,000 SF office building in the creative SoMa district of downtown San Francisco. The project was initiated with the purchase of an existing 14,000 SF warehouse, and is now envisioned as a high-identity, single-user location for a corporate user in the tech, AI, or VC space. Driving the value even more is the site’s location on the same block between the headquarters of tech industry giants Airbnb and Pinterest.
